This is the reverse of the plain Dutch weave, i.e. it has more thin warp wires and fewer, but larger, weft wires. This structure provide a high degree of stability and optimal resistance to high pressure.
It is manufactured with smaller warp wires that are more numerous than the weft wires. Smaller and closer warp wires together with the weft wires form triangular shaped transversal openings.
The reverse Dutch weave has a very high level of mechanical load and a high flow and porosity level.
